-Client is asked to contact the Artist in a fast and responsive manner once project starts. WIPs and updates will be sent via message when project starts.Use
-Clients can post the commissioned work on their socials with credit. Artist can also post finished commissions on their portfolio, unless Client specifically asks for it not to be shared.Payment
-Payments are upfront and in full for orders below 50 USD. Projects not paid in 2 weeks will be cancelled. Orders exceeding 50 USD can be paid with a 50% down payment after both parties have an agreement. A screenshot of the finished artwork will be sent to the Client for approval, and upon receipt of the remaining amount will the finished artwork would be sent.Revisions
-Client has right to three major revisions (pose change, outfit change) in the sketching phase.
-Client has right to reasonable amounts of minor edits after completion (e.g. eyecolor change)Refunds
-Client can ask for a refund on orders with no progress for one(1) month, or when work has not been completed within the indicated timeframe of the Artist.
There will be no refunds once work has started and substantial work has been done(e.g. work is already halfway done).Intellectual Property Rights
-Products cannot be used for commercial use without additional fees.If the Client wants to share the artwork on any platform, proper credit must be given.
-Client does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
-Client does not hold the right to use the product in any AI-related technology, including submitting for datasets, and any future inventions in the space.
